Casa del Sembrador aka Juan Diaz Center
During the last few years there has been significant need for repairs and renovations at Casa del Sembrador (House of the Sower)aka Juan Diaz Center. To date, IEU has invested over $90,000 USD in improvements to the Center.
Theft has been an issue at Casa del Sembrador due to inadequate security fencing for the perimeter.
The intent of the House of the Sower is to provide a physical space for the development of the national church, and both national and international related ministries.. It also provides economic resources to assist the sustainability of the United Evangelical Church (IEU) ministries, by way of the rental apartments, short-term accommodations, and meeting room facilities and offices, which provide revenue to resource these ministries.
Most renovation work is being done through qualified volunteers, Indigenous tradesmen from among the Wounaan and Embera people groups attending the local church. Thank you for supporting this ministry!
