Franz serves as the Associate Regional Team Leader for Latin America, focusing on reaching the lost and equipping missional leaders in Latin America and Lusophone (Portuguese-speaking) countries. He and his team seek to strengthen unity, creating effective strategies for ministry in each country. He also serves with the Brazilian MB mission agency and its mission training schools.
