Thai National Leadership Development

Pastors Naat, Ozz, and Bank are key leaders in different regions of Thailand. Pastor Naat oversees the ministries in the Isaan Region. She is serving as the president of the Thailand Mennonite Brethren Foundation and vice president of the Thai MB Conference. Pastor Naat has planted several churches and has a heart to see worshipping believers in rural communities in Northeastern Thailand. She is also committed to raising up the next generation to wholeheartedly serve God. Pastor Ozz oversees the Northern Region and is the president of the Thai MB Conference. He is passionate about teaching Scripture and training up leaders. He knows the power of God to transform people's lives and communities. Pastor Bank oversees the ministries in the Eastern Region and is dedicated to helping people know the Father's heart, as well as caring for the poor and marginalized.  Working together, these gifted pastors train and coach new believers to reach the Buddhist people groups in their areas. They understand the importance of ongoing training and the spiritual encouragement needed to empower disciples of Jesus to reach their communities.

This project enables the Thai MB Conference to develop leaders in Christ-like character and skills. Funds donated to this project will resource key leaders in training pastors and interns from all Thai MB churches and facilitate the launch of new discipleship groups.
