South Asia Region
Central and South America is among the most culturally diverse regions in the world. Ministry here is complex. Across this region, God is transforming lives through discipleship, leadership development, and church planting movements rooted in local communities. From the jungles of the Amazon to the urban centers of Mexico and Peru, the Gospel is taking root among indigenous peoples, youth, families, and marginalized communities longing for hope. Missional training is bearing fruit among the Wounaan, Emberá, and other indigenous tribes of Panama. Young adults in Brazil, Costa Rica, and Mexico are attending mission training schools to help them reach the lost in their own contexts. Despite the challenges of political instability, religious opposition, government corruption, narcotrafficking, and limited resources, there is vibrant church growth and expanding vision for ministry in this region.
