Al oversees missionary compensation and benefits, developing and monitoring budgets, creating and processing employment and risk management documents, and serving as the Risk Management Team Leader. He also serves on the Multiply-Europe leadership team, assisting them as a bridge betweeen North American and Europe/Central Asia.
