Leading a team at SOAR is an incredible opportunity to walk alongside your group as they grow, serve, and experience God in new ways. Team Time happens each evening at SOAR, creating space for your team to process the day, share openly, and be encouraged. It doesn’t require you to have all the answers, but just to be present, listen, and help guide the conversation.

This guide gives you simple tools to lead meaningful discussions, navigate team dynamics, and help your group process what they’re experiencing. And it doesn’t stop at SOAR - these conversations can continue when you get home, making the impact last far beyond the trip.

God is moving in your team, and your role is simply to help create space for that to happen. Lean into the journey, trust the process, and know that the impact of this time will go far beyond what you see in the moment.
