SOAR brings church teams together on mission to engage your local community. For 3-7 days, teams from different churches come together to be equipped and serve alongside local mission partners.
SOAR is for church teams made up of youth teams, families, small groups, or multi-generational teams.

There are 5 practices experienced during the rhythm of SOAR. These are simple, life giving rhythms to step into discipleship that have helped teams grow and thrive. We'll be unpacking these practices throughout SOAR.

God is Here
What if being sent by Jesus wasn’t about doing more but living differently? Together, we’ll discover how to say, “Here I am, send me!” with joy and confidence, knowing that God is already at work.
Talk with Him
Prayer is where mission starts. It’s how we connect with God’s heart and align with His plan. We’ll explore how to pray with purpose, inviting God to guide and send us to where we’re needed most.
Hear their Story
Building real relationships begins with listening. We’ll practice how to hear others’ stories with love, build trust, and reflect God’s heart in every interaction.
Eat Together
Community happens around the table. Sharing meals helps us see others through Jesus’ eyes and experience His presence together. Let’s explore how hospitality builds bridges and deepens connections.
Debrief
Reflecting on God’s work in our lives isn’t the end—it’s the beginning of the next step. We’ll learn how to grow in God’s Word, share insights, and prepare for what He’s calling us to do next.
