Support Workers needed for Church Planting in Isaan Province, Thailand

Would you help support church planters in Phon Phi Sai, Galasin, and Surin?

In the Isaan province of Thailand, national church planters are reaching the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Phon Phi Sai, Galasin and Surin. More support workers are needed come alongside to help build up and strengthen the leadership of this cluster of young evangelists, as they evangelize, win, and disciple others in their communities. Support workers will also serve the team by raising up prayer and financial resources, helping to facilitate and implement the vision of each church planter in reaching their community for Jesus.

Support workers will help with evangelism and the training and empowering of national workers, and partner in new and ongoing discipleship initiatives. This work can include evangelistic outreach, church planting, English classes, refugee ministries, counselling, and community activities (sports, music, media, crafts, or other skills and hobbies) aimed to foster friendships that will lead to Gospel conversations.Volunteers may also be asked to help coach Thai interns at each of the church cluster sites, resourcing them for even more effective leadership.

The 
Isaan team in Thailand is looking for Spirit-filled team players who are passionate about prayer and mission, generous, gracious, risk-takers, and prepared to be flexible and spontaneous in a cross-cultural context. Volunteers will be expected to embrace the challenges of language and culture learning and be committed to serve for a minimum of two terms.

The earliest start date for this position is April of 2022, and this ministry assignment requires that each person be responsible for raising their own support.
