The Catalyst Project: Equipping Central Asian Disciples
More than 95% of the 400 million people in Central Asia have not been reached with the Gospel. In a region which struggles with failing infrastructure, rampant unemployment, war, trauma, and endemic poverty, there is a sharp sense of hopelessness. You can help make a difference.
The Catalyst Project is equipping Central Asian disciples to bring Gospel transformation to their region by providing training opportunities and practical resources such as Christian literature, Bibles, and outreach materials. As national believers in Central Asia become vibrant followers of Christ, they are coached into leadership roles—reaching the lost, discipling new believers, planting churches, and bringing the hope of Jesus into their home communities.
Donations to this project will go toward costs associated with providing discipleship training events and resources for emerging leaders in Central Asia.
Project Goal USD $42,000 annually

$35 provides discipleship materials for one leader-in-training.

$250 helps cover transportation, accommodation, and food for one leader to attend one leadership training event.
This project is overseen by Johann Matthies, Regional Team Leader for Europe and Central Asia, in partnership with Multiply’s George and Nicoleta, ministering in Central Asia. Contributors to this project will be kept informed through reports from the field forwarded by our Donor Engagement Team.
