North India Networks

South Asia remains home to some of the largest unreached populations in the world, where the vast majority of people are Hindus, Muslims, and Sikhs—many of whom are hostile toward Christianity. Believers in both rural and urban areas face persecution related to anti-conversion laws, with extremists collaborating with police to target pastors, and everyday Christians left with limited job opportunities.

In this context, it is difficult for missionaries from North America to maintain a long-term presence, and partnering with nationals is essential to effective ministry. Since 2018, Multiply has had the privilege to partner with two national workers who oversee a network of 80+ house fellowships and churches in Northern India. They have a vision for sharing the good news of Jesus and for discipleship, training local leaders, developing micro-business initiatives, and serving the needs of those in their communities.

Donations to this project will help support an emerging church network in Northern India that is equipping and resourcing local leaders to share the good news of Jesus.

This project is overseen by D, Multiply’s Regional Team Leader for South Asia, in partnership with key national leaders in that region. Donors contributing to this project will be kept informed through confidential reports from the field forwarded by our Donor Engagement Team.
