As part of the leadership team at Matthew Training Center in Guadalajara, Eleazar and Shaila serve as program directors of the HADIME discipleship program. Eleazar also oversees the Aquila and Priscila Bible Institute, offering theological training to churches in Mexico. Together, they pastor a local MB church (Reto Church). Eleazar and Shaila have a three-year-old daughter named Elena and a baby boy named Thiago.
