Connect with a Coach
Begin with connecting with one of our Regional Mobilizers, here to help guide you through the LTM process. You will be contacted by and coached by the Multiply Regional Mobilizer nearest you, who will then walk with you throughout the application and discernment stages.
Together with your home church leadership, a Multiply Regional Mobilizer and our global workers on the field, we will discern direction and a customized training plan will be developed which will place you with others on a similar pathway toward long-term mission. Training will include all aspects of Partnership development for prayer and financial support.
There will be opportunities for both regional and global gatherings with other Multiply missionaries and key national partners on the field. These gatherings will provide space to process your experience, debrief with Regional Coaches, vision-cast with Regional Team Leaders, and draw close to God for a community discernment of future ministry. At the end of your first term, a spiritual retreat with staff and co-workers will further help to discern next steps and to identify and give thanks for what God has done in and through you.
