PEAK is a community-based discipleship pathway designed for those seeking to transition meaningfully into their senior years. We envision a passionate, older generation maximizing their influence as Christ-following, Spirit-led, missional disciples living for the glory of

The PEAK journey will act as a catalyst for a refreshed relationship with God and others, renewed discipleship, and a refocused Spirit-led discernment for the next chapter of your life.

How do we get there?

  • LOOKOUT: A peer-facilitated weekend retreat of intentional self-discovery and Spirit-led discernment regarding identity and calling for this season of life.
  • CARAVAN: A six-week journey of deep engagement with God and with peers, exploring how your calling might best be expressed in Kingdom mission.
  • NAVIGATE: A time of strategic planning for next steps and wise investment of our time, talents and resources.

Hear what others have to say about this journey-

“In the early stages of contemplating leaving work for other ministry opportunities, the question of ‘What does God want of me?’ came to mind. In particular I wondered about my best allocation of time, talent and resources… This was a good time to investigate what the next stage of life could look like. It was very helpful to go through this process personally and with others.” - George Folz

During the last years of my career I had lost my identity in my job. Did I then know how much easier my path could be if I had something like PEAK and more specifically the Lookout weekend available to me? There was a place where I could talk to and journey with others and take a time out to be  to hear God and his plans for me. Not my job, not my career, not my involvement in something but just about Grant the person.” – Grant Jackson

What is on God’s heart for this time in history with this huge portion of the population with skills, knowledge and experience leaving the work force?...I so appreciated being able to spend time with a group of adults in a similar chapter of life, and also those who wanted to hear from God. I gained new insights and appreciation for this stage of life and the opportunity to network and consider new possibilities!” – Gillian Jackson
