Associate Youth Leader needed for Thai MB Churches

Would you help disciple and equip youth in Thailand to reach their nation for Jesus?

Our team in Thailand is looking for someone to come alongside and serve with the national youth leader of the MB church conference of Thailand, with a vision to disciple youth and young adults and equip them to reach their peers with the Good News of Jesus Christ. The impact of this ministry will extend across the country, with initiatives that include social media campaigns, musical worship events, teaching, and other creative initiatives. The Thai youth leader is looking for a colleague who will bring their own gifts and passions to the team and support the development and infrastructure of this vibrant, ongoing movement.

The team is looking for someone with preferred skills in music, sound technology and social media, with experience and/or training as a youth leader or youth leader support person in a church or parachurch setting. This person will need to be a Spirit-filled, generous and gracious risk-taker, prepared to be flexible and spontaneous in a cross-cultural context.

Volunteers will be expected to raise their own support, with the earliest start date being March of 2022 for a minimum time commitment of two terms.
