Reach SK 2019

March 22 & 23, 2019
Elim Church, Saskatoon, SK

Reach SK is for you!

The Reach SK Conference is a collective of churches coming together with the sole purpose of seeing the province of Saskatchewan reached with the Gospel of Jesus. We have the vision of seeing every rural municipality, town and city in Saskatchewan transformed by the Gospel so that the Church will unselfishly take up the call to make disciples and reach the nations.

We are excited to gather with you to interact with, and hear teaching from both experienced and new practitioners who are being used by God to renew the Church and call us back to the mission of God. We cannot wait to see what God will do as the name and fame of Jesus spreads across Saskatchewan.

We are a collective of churches, ministries and denominations that desire people from all across Saskatchewan to experience Jesus in every aspect of their lives and to see the Gospel spread across our great province. Reach SK is for church leaders, front-line workers and any other strategic leaders in your particular context.

This isn’t about one church, one denomination, or one network, but the whole Church in Saskatchewan coming together around King Jesus with one common mission, to reach Saskatchewan with the Gospel.

We want to reach Saskatchewan through church renewal, church planting, celebrating and helping to equip the Church in both rural and urban settings. We want to make disciples who make disciples in every aspect of life.

This vision will require new churches.
This vision will require church renewal.
This vision will require disciples making disciples.
This vision will require you.

Norm Funk

Norm Funk is the planter and Senior Pastor of Westside Church in Vancouver, a church he planted in 2005. Since that time Westside has had the privilege and joy to have planted three other churches and a co-joined campus ministry in the Vancouver area. Norm has been married to his wife, Nicole, for 24 years and they have two teen-aged boys, Matthew and Micah. Norm also has the honor of serving on the board of Multiply.

Dr. Bill Hogg

Dr. Bill Hogg’s passion is proclaiming the beauty, power, and truth of the good news of Jesus, and equipping others to share the gospel. Bill is available as a training resource to inspire, equip, and coach leaders, church plants and established faith communities to follow Jesus into their respective mission fields. He offers a variety of equipping resources and experiences to help ignite the fires of evangelism.

Bill is a former radio host and has served as a pastor, professor, evangelist, and a movie extra! He was involved in pioneer evangelism in his native Scotland where he launched Youth for Christ. He is part of the Arrow Leadership Ministries faculty, offering congregational and Para-church leaders training in evangelism. His doctoral research focused on leadership approaches to the missional renewal of established congregations. Hogg is a published author who has written books on prayer and on youth culture and is currently writing an evangelism primer.

Bruce Enns

Bruce Enns is the Lead Pastor of Forest Grove Community Church since 2004. Bruce’s background was in coaching and athletics, but God led him to FGCC in pastoral ministry. God continues to stretch and grow their church as they strive to walk in faith.

Bruce is married to Lisa, and they have four girls: Keli, Jodi, Hannah, and Courtney. He loves the outdoors, woodworking, and almost any sport involving water.

Marvin Wojda

Marvin Wojda is the Lead Pastor of Elim Church where he has served for 29 years. Previous to Elim, he served churches in Winnipeg and Calgary. Marvin is a graduate of Briercrest Seminary where he completed a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Management with a major in Organizational Leadership. He is a graduate of Northwest Bible College in Edmonton (now Vanguard College). He serves on the General Executive of the PAOC, and has served on various ministry boards and District and National committees including the Canadian board of Wycliffe Bible Translators and OneBook. Marvin is passionate about the local church and its role in winning and discipling people as well as its fruitfulness in the community and the world.

Marvin is married to Sharlaine and they have three young adult daughters. When he’s not at church or hanging out with his extraordinarily adorable granddaughter, he’s on his Harley searching for winding mountain roads. He’s found very few in Saskatchewan so he’s had to venture to other provinces and states.

Kirk Cowman

Kirk Cowman is the Lead Pastor at Living Hope Alliance Church. Kirk and his wife Britton have three grown kids, Alixandra, Liam and Emma. Kirk and Britton became part of the Living Hope family in 2011, returning home to Regina after pastoring in a multi-site church in Calgary. Living Hope is a 91 year old church with a rich history of being a multiplying church. Kirk and his leadership team are leading the church in discovering renewal and once again beginning to embrace their identity as a church that multiplies and sends out leaders and plants churches. As Lead Pastor, Kirk provides leadership to the staff team, serves as part of the Board of Elders and ensures the church is focused on the mission and vision God has given Living Hope. Kirk is passionate about helping people discover relationship with Jesus and living life in three dimensions: UP, IN and OUT. In his spare time Kirk loves to read, watch movies and hanging out with his wife and kids (when they are in town).

Quincy Harriman

Quincy is a 15 year veteran of the creative world as an experienced entrepreneur, brand strategist and creative consultant. His portfolio includes notable award-winning projects from the business, corporate and church sector while serving clients all across the continent. His creative career is uniquely merged with the Canadian church landscape leading as a pastor in rural Saskatchewan to most recently as the Campus Pastor of Experience Church in Calgary, Alberta. Quincy has worked hard, not only to grow his own ventures but to help churches launch strong by founding while continuing to train churches on how to best utilize digital marketing and design to grow their church.

When Quincy isn’t behind the screen counting pixels, he will either be found enjoying tacos with his wife, wrestling with his three children, or camping in the mountains.

Willard Hasmatali

Willard is a bi-vocational church planter and pastor in rural Saskatchewan. He planted Riverhurst Community Church eight years ago, and in June of 2018 planted again in Central Butte, SK. Willard has served as a Bible teacher, academic dean, and co-pastor in Moose Jaw, SK.

David Pinckney
