604 Network

The numbers of Christian high school students keeping a vibrant faith when they transition into university are less than 20%. Intentional mentorship more than triples their likelihood of staying connected to God and his church. Having godly mentors who bridge the gap between high school and university helps them not only keep their faith alive but give it away to others. The key to making this successful transition is the local church.

The 604 Network is a movement of youth and campus ministries in Metro Vancouver supporting holistic student discipleship through the local church. Through this project, students have connected across denominations to run Youth Alpha in over half of the one hundred high schools in Metro Vancouver. Over four hundred young leaders have been raised up to become the building blocks for the Chapel Movement - youth worship nights which take place in eight cities around Vancouver, at UBC and on other university campuses.

This network of youth group leaders is led by Jonathan Mitchell. Jonathan’s heart is to develop young leaders who will become the future leaders of our nation. He seeks to empower each student to pursue the unique call of God in their lives, while finding their place within the bigger story of what God is doing in Canada.

regional teams

We all belong on a team, or on multiple teams. In alignment with our tagline "together that the world may know", our teams are made up of people who are committed to making Jesus known in a particular area. Are you on a team that makes Jesus known?
