Partner Care Liaison

MULTIPLY Network is looking to hire a part time Partner Care Liaison as a member of the Partner Engagement team, be the face and voice of Multiply to many of our individual and church partners, helping them encounter Jesus and live on mission.

MULTIPLY Network is the mission agency of the MB church in the U.S. and Canada, and our mandate is to help  multiply disciples, churches, and missional leaders in countries around the world. We believe that, as the body of  Christ comes together, thousands of churches will be planted, and millions of people will encounter Jesus.

Who are we looking for?

Primary Job Functions/Essential Outcomes

  1. Incoming Calls, Inquiries & Mail

    1. Phone calls to be answered promptly

    2. Credit Card donations to be processed over the phone as needed

    3. Manage night lines and pre-recorded messages

    4. Read and redirect inbound email to the general Multiply mailbox and website inquiries

    5. Sort/distribute incoming mail

    6. Monitor staff out-of-office and vacation calendars to facilitate transfer of incoming communication

    7. Monitor team calendars to understand the timing of key ministry events

    8. Read missionary newsletters to maintain awareness of our global teams

    9. Distribute Urgent Prayer Requests in a timely manner

  1. Outbound Calls & Communications

    1. Make outbound calls to thank, survey, and engage partners

    2. Donor engagement mail preparation including outgoing acknowledgement letters and welcome packages; mailing of Daily Prayer Guides and Appeal Letters, etc

    3. Provide assistance to the communications team

    4. Follow all security protocols for outbound email to restricted access missionaries

    5. Contact donors monthly from Pledge Support End Dates report

  1. Data entry, CRM and General office support 

    1. Enter data regarding partner interactions into the CRM in a timely fashion

    2. Update CRM data

    3. Assist with the management and ordering of office supplies

    4. Assist Systems Manager with cleaning up databases

    5. Provide support for events hosted by the Abbotsford office 

  1. Receiving Guests

    1. Greet all guests in an efficient and professional manner to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere and direct them to their appropriate meeting place or person  

    2. Secure and monitor the lobby area to prevent unauthorized visitors from entering the building 

    3. Maintain a professional reception area

    1. Diligently pursue healthy patterns of communication with Multiply staff and missionaries, your direct report and others you interact with as it relates to your duties

    2. Resolve conflicts arising between team members in a timely fashion, modeling the biblical principles of interpersonal integrity, confession, grace, and forgiveness

  2. While carrying out these Responsibilities and Expectations, you are also expected to:

  • Must be a baptized member of an evangelical church, living in agreement with the MB Confession of Faith and affirmed by the local church 

  • Completed a post-secondary education

 Related Work Experience

  • Customer service experience working with the general public; experience within a non-profit context is desirable

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills within an office and ministry-based environment (preferably within a Mennonite Brethren context)

  • Worked within a team-based, medium to large office environment 

  • Experience with church relationships
