Missional Leadership Training (MLT)
In places like Malawi and Myanmar, the church is growing fast but leaders do not have access to biblical and ministry training. Missional Leadership Training (MLT) is a response to this need. As an initiative of the International Community of Mennonite Brethren (ICOMB), MLT is a non-formal, eighteen module biblical training program that seeks to transform leaders who serve and equip the church to live on mission. This training enables the global MB family to be strengthened as they serve twenty-two member conferences and several emerging church networks.
MLT is already being taught in a number of countries and is currently being translated into more than ten languages, including Swahili, Chewa, Spanish, Thai, Burmese, Portuguese, Arabic, French, Tagalog, and Hindi. Your gift will fund the translation of one module of curriculum, and cover travel and on-site expenses for trainers.
