Multiply House of Prayer

Multiply House of Prayer (MHOP) is a community of Christians from a wide variety of denominations, geographic locations and backgrounds, with a common aim: to see Jesus glorified by the Church being revived and the lost saved.

As Multiply House of Prayer, we are currently praying 20+ hours/week, every week, primarily for the health, strengthening, maturity and reviving of the church, & for Christ's commission: reaching the lost the Lord loves.

Chris Wright is Director of Multiply House of Prayer (MHOP), teaching, leading & overseeing intercession for the church and the work of global missions.

We gather weekly to pray in MHOP’s online video conference room. There are 20+ prayer meetings each week, so we each choose one (or more) and participate together at the same time each week, growing in relationship with that team. Prayer is Scripturally-faithful, Gospel-centered, and Spirit-led.

We aim to make much of Jesus, and to honour the Lord in our time together. Each meeting has a trained leader who guides and encourages the prayer. All MHOP prayer call leaders, continue to study and train and discuss and grow, as we together grow and mature as disciples of Jesus. We encourage participants to familiarize themselves with our values, which include the vital but too-often overlooked need for sound doctrine and humility. We don't command God, but submit to him and his purposes, and seek his glory alone.

MHOP was previously RedLeaf House of Prayer, uniting intercession for years and praying primarily (though not solely) for the nation of Canada. Now as a part of Multiply, our vision has continued to both include and expand to the mission of God in the nations. Along with our many current prayer initiatives, new prayer calls in support of specific work in the nations continue to emerge as a reflection of that.

We warmly invite you to join us in any of these times of intercession. Any follower of Christ, committed to a local church, is welcome to register for one or more of our weekly prayer meetings. Each meeting is one hour, and the Zoom calls can be accessed from a computer, a tablet or a phone. This is all free for the user.

Please view our schedule to see which prayer call focus might be a good fit, and what time could work for you. Please do contact us with any questions, including more about our values and our leadership.
